That’s tough, either The Kings of Summer of The Perks of Being a Wallflower, two excellent films with memorable characters and real heart. I’ll have to go with Perks though, because it is a truly impeccable film in every way, and that is not an over-exaggeration. Terrific, emotive performances (specifically from Ezra Miller), an incredible screenplay faithful to the book but possibly even better and Stephen Chbosky’s loving direction make it one of my favorite movies of all time.

  • Steven Puziss

My favorite coming of age film is Stand By Me.

  • Miguel Perez

Best coming of age film has to be “A Bronx Tale” . It gives a great message “The saddest thing in life is wasted talent”.
