I watched a few episodes of SoA, until a guy was supposedly “exposed” for working with the cops, because a bug had been planted in his truck. It made no sense whatever.

Breaking Bad was quite good.

GoT is the best show on TV.

Most of the shows in your list are simply mediocre.

Hell on Wheels, Big Bang Theory, Outlander, and even Containment are better than any but the three I mentioned.

Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a decent new sci-fi series in a long time, with SyFy batting zero for a while.

Hopefully, CBS will do a good job with Star Trek (including avoiding JJisms).
